Refund Policy
At ADI, our utmost priority is ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and comprehensive support. Our dedicated team of customer service representatives and technical support staff is fully committed to providing you with excellent service.
1. Definitions:
1.1. “Unopened” refers to original purchases in the original box and packaging, never opened or removed.
1.2. “Unused” refers to parts that were removed from the original box but not used in a customer application. Once used, parts cannot be returned, except for warranty claims.
2. Return Period:
2.1. Customers have a 15-business day return period from the shipment date to return unopened or unused purchases for a refund, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. For initial sales of $350 or less, a flat fee of $30 will apply, while orders exceeding $350 will incur a restocking fee of 15%.
2.3. After 15 business days, all sales are considered final.
2.4. Proof of purchase from ADI is required for all returns.
3. Return Authorization:
3.1. Prior written approval from ADI is necessary for all returns.
3.2. Returns must be accompanied by a properly authorized “Return Authorization Request” initiated by ADI and a completed Safety Service Form.

4. Packaging Requirements:
4.1. Returned items should be packed in their original packaging.
4.2. The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper packing for returns.
4.3. ADI is not liable for any damages incurred during return shipping.
4.4. Credit will not be issued if returned items are damaged.
5. Postage Costs:
5.1. The buyer is responsible for the payment of return freight charges.
6. Refund Process:
6.1. The buyer will receive the appropriate credit, minus any applicable restocking fee, within 30 business days of ADI’s receipt of the returned part to their original form of payment.
